Performance Nutrition Welcomes Lance Eipperle as Midwest Ag Territory Manager
With a new direct-to-retailer distribution model, Performance Nutrition is pleased to announce the addition of Lance Eipperle as Midwest Ag Territory Manager. Eipperle brings a wealth of experience in production agriculture, agricultural sales, dealer development and crop input markets. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening Performance Nutrition’s presence in key Midwest markets while working closely with distributors and retail partners to deliver agronomic solutions to farmers.
Throughout his career, Eipperle has built extensive experience developing dealer networks and managing large territories. Prior to joining Performance Nutrition, he held roles including Eastern Regional Director of Sales for a seed treatment company and worked in liquid fertilizer sales across Michigan and Ohio.
Eipperle shares that his passion for territory development and management was a driver in applying to join the Performance Nutrition team.
“What really drew me to Performance Nutrition was the opportunity to build a dealer distribution network again,” he says. “That’s something I’ve done before and something I enjoy—building a team, training dealers and working directly with customers. The territory is almost like a blank canvas that I get to build.”
Eipperle’s initial focus will be centered on Michigan, Ohio and Indiana—areas where he already has strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
“This spring is really about getting out, meeting people and introducing myself, and I’m excited about the opportunity to reconnect with people I’ve worked with in the past. When I look at some of the names on our customer lists, I already know many of them. I’m excited because, it’s almost going to feel like a class reunion for the first few months in this role.”
Looking ahead to 2026 and 2027, Eipperle sees significant opportunity to strengthen relationships and regain market presence in areas where Performance Nutrition products were once widely used.
His strategy centers on providing retailers and growers with more direct access to the company and greater flexibility in how products are delivered and utilized.
“One of the opportunities I see is helping customers work directly with the company again,” Eipperle explained. “That gives us the ability to provide exactly what they’re looking for—whether that’s specific products or custom blends that meet their needs.”
As Performance Nutrition continues to expand its reach, the addition of experienced industry leaders like Eipperle plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s connection with the marketplace.
With deep agricultural roots, strong dealer relationships and a passion for building partnerships, Eipperle is well positioned to help grow the Performance Nutrition presence across the Midwest.
“Lance brings the kind of experience that makes an immediate impact,” says Performance Nutrition General Manager, John Flynn. “He understands how to build strong dealer relationships, support retailers in the field and help growers find practical solutions that improve their operations. We’re excited to have Lance on the team and look forward to the leadership and energy he brings as we continue growing our presence across the Midwest.”
